Kordsa leads the way in environmentally friendly materials for the future. The Company’s composite products, made with bio-based resin systems and natural fibers, offer superior mechanical and fire-resistant properties while maintaining a low carbon footprint.
Kordsa’s compounding business unit uses 100% recycled PA66 granules as a key raw material, offering a low carbon footprint product to the market. In response to eco-design demands and potential legislative changes, Kordsa is also expanding its capabilities to include bio-based polyamides, providing an alternative to petroleum-based options. These bio-based compounds are being developed to support customers achieve their sustainability goals
With its Construction Reinforcement Business Unit, Kordsa offers sustainable solutions for both existing and new structures with its Kratos Synthetic Fiber Reinforcements and Structural Reinforcement product groups.
